The Triage nurse eats like a fat pig. She has tons of food everywhere and doesnt give a rats ass about someone who is now having emergency surgery at another hospital. She is too worried about talking with other nurses about ordering tests on patients she forgot and stuffing her face with cafeteria muffins to notice someone needed emergency surgery. SHAME ON YOU.
I need to heavily praise the pediatric emergency room staff on 1/13/18, along with with empathetic and compassionate staff on 5 West. The ER staff saves our sons life and we are eternally grateful. The 5W staff were absolutely remarkable and am so thankful for going above and beyond for our 3 year old.
Orange Regional Medical Group IS THE BEST�� BELIEVE ME JUST ABOUT TRIED THEM ALL!!! PREFER MONROE PRIMARY! SPECIALIST I GO TO MDTN. AND SEE PULMONARY, ORTHOPEDICS, CARDIOLOGY! LOVE THEM!!! I'm an addict in recovery with multiple medical issues! Staff is warm, friendly and understanding! CAN'T ASK FOR MORE!!! GO!!!
The service was exceptional! Everyone I had contact with was friendly and informative. We were in and out quickly. I have never liked going to other urgent care facilities in the past. Orange regional has changed that for me. This is the ONLY place I will go.
Although Dr Chavez Carey is friendly enough, the practice is discombobulated. Time for me to find a better practice.
