Hire more experienced & professional doctors and staff
My daughter and I had a terrible experience last night at the urgent care with my grand daughter. The wait was long then when we were called in the wait was long in the room. Twice staff came in looking for the wrong patient The one time the nurse wanted to do tests and it was the wrong patient. When the dr finally came in he was rude and arrogant. We were there for a suspected ear infection. He wanted to swab for strep and flu and barely looked in her ears. And basically told us to go home. My daughter asked if the other dr... read more

horrible, horrible service. time has been given as well as chances, the quality of care is disgustingly low. as a former employee and a person with cardiac issues as well as kidney failure, my treatment as a patient is beyond me. I will never come back and would rather go to Westchester on my own dime, rather than come back here. I will be reporting this facility to the state board as well.
They should STOP getting rid if employees who get injured on the job BEFORE the employees are forced to get an attorney to keep from being terminated ! Its COMMON PRACTICE for the HR dept and is INEXCUSABLE !!!
the staff and doctors are kind and caring, and have been exceptionally well to deal with. the office and support teams are very prompt in response to questions or concerns and are quick to return phone calls. The cancer center is one of the best I've ever seen. 5 star rating from me.
Had my son here in March. The Birthing Center is the best. The staff, nurses and all the doctors was very warm and welcoming. If you live in Orange County, have your baby here.
