Excellent service. Dr. Navarro was really good and gave my mom her best pair of glasses- EVER. He really listened to my mom's issues and he knew exactly how to solve her eye problems. The optician helped her choose a good frame. He was really helpful and made my mother feel very comfortable with her new glasses. I will be back and will recommend this office.
Very impressed with this office. Dr. Navarro was great with all my kids and we all got glasses. Because we had no insurance, Dr. Navarro offered 30% off our total bill. Their customer service was excellent and their glasses selection was plentiful. Thank you for everything- see you next year. I will recommend my friends.
The best eye exam I have had in a long time. I never had been able to wear contact lenses comfortably. The contacts always felt kind of scratchy in the vision was always slightly off.Dr. Navarro said that I had dry eyes and needed to wear a specific brand of contact lenses. I have always worn Acuvue lenses, and Dr. Navarro prescribed a different brand.He went further and actually treated my dry eyes and now I don't even feel my contact lenses. The Best, by far !!! I had an extremely great experience. Dr Navarro's eye exam was very informative and complete. I felt very at ease about the health of my eyes. His staff was very helpful with selecting my frames. I purchased some Ray Ban frames for myself and my wife purchased Vera Bradley frames. We were impressed by the selection of frames and the pricing. Heck, better pricing than Walmart. I will highly recommend to my family and co workers.
I had a great experience!! Dr Navarro. The exams are thorough and the staff provides you with a level of comfort you won't find in most doctor's offices. Overall amazing experience! Dr.Navarro was very helpful. I was complaining about my close up vision becoming worse, and he told me it was normal for people of my age. So he recommended no line bifocals. Best recommendation, as I see perfectly again. Dr. Navarro was very professional, friendly, and he explained everything in great detail. I'm so happy to have seen Dr. Navarro!!! I went to Costco last year for an exam. This year I went to Dr. Navarro's office, and the difference in care is unbelievable. Dr. Navarro took his time with the exam and was extremely thorough. He did more to examine my eyes than the Costco Dr. ever did. He was very professional, and it shows that he really enjoys what he does. Thank you very much.

I can't say enough great things about Orange Plaza Optometry. I came in with an eyeglass prescription for them to fill. It Is a prescription for my son who can't leave his bed because he is recovering from surgery. The optician told me that my son needed to be present so that the glasses could be properly measured and fitted. I explained to him that my son was recovering from surgery and cannot leave his bed.
