Areina is truly gifted at what she does, and I left feeling more than relaxed - I felt HEALED! Her treatments are very personalized and she was able to restore a range of motion I haven't had in ages, along with advice for how to maintain that. She really cares about the well-being of her clients, and I'll definitely be coming back
I would HIGHLY recommend Areina! She has a very holistic approach, considers the anatomy and physiology of how the body works with itself, and offers homework to help your body in between sessions. Such a lovely balance of relaxation and physical release/healing.
Great experience was recommended by my regular massage therapist while she is on maternity leave and she did not disappoint. Great job will continue to use her until my regular therapist returns to work.
