Areina is so skilled and knowledgeable in her craft. She took time to ask what I was hoping to get out of my session and she gave me take home homework to help my trouble areas. Her space and energy is so intentionally crafted you can tell the second you walk into her office. Very clean and neat area, seriously you will just melt when you walk into her space!
Areina's approach to bodywork is truly exceptional. She takes a holistic view of your body's needs, listening deeply to both your words and your body's signals. Her intuitive touch goes beyond simple relaxation—each session addresses exactly what needs attention. Since working with her, I've felt more energized, more aligned, and more open.
I had a very transformational session with Areina. She is informed, professional, caring, and communicative. She accommodated my personal requests, and provided guidance and wisdom on how to carry this healing with me back into my world. She really took the time to get to know me, and I learned about massage and more of myself in the process. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for some quality, trauma-informed, traditional and holistic bodywork and healing.
Areina is truly gifted at what she does, and I left feeling more than relaxed - I felt HEALED! Her treatments are very personalized and she was able to restore a range of motion I haven't had in ages, along with advice for how to maintain that. She really cares about the well-being of her clients, and I'll definitely be coming back
I would HIGHLY recommend Areina! She has a very holistic approach, considers the anatomy and physiology of how the body works with itself, and offers homework to help your body in between sessions. Such a lovely balance of relaxation and physical release/healing.
