Areina is incredible! Her massage, body, and energy work reflects her passion in the work she does. I was welcomed into her amazing space and felt so relaxed from the very first moments. As someone with complex PTSD, receiving a massage can be an incredibly vulnerable experience. Ariena made it feel safe. She is exceptionally sensitive, kind, and truly listens — something that is rare and deeply meaningful for someone like me. This was the first time in many years I felt genuinely at ease during a session. I cannot recommend her highly enough

I have suffered from debilitating back pain and problems for many years. After a few months of therapy Areina was able to get me limbered up and feeling better than I felt for years. Thank you Areina! I rarely need to take pain medication or go to the chiropractor. Along with the massage, she will spend time listening to you to focus on the problem areas. She will also provide advice on exercises that will help. The price is less than a physical therapist I went to who wasn’t able to do any good whatsoever.

Areina is so skilled and knowledgeable in her craft. She took time to ask what I was hoping to get out of my session and she gave me take home homework to help my trouble areas. Her space and energy is so intentionally crafted you can tell the second you walk into her office. Very clean and neat area, seriously you will just melt when you walk into her space!
