Poor business. Also a victim of towing after their business was closed but starbucks was still open. I wasn't taking parking spaces from their clients. Yet they still have my vehicle towed.
Slowest drive through ever. Horrible service. You would think since they have no business it wouldn't take them 30 mins to make a shake. Must be too busy trolling their empty parking lot.
I will never give my business to this company again! After they towed a car for simply parking in their empty lot because the Starbucks parking lot was full. This is predation and you as a company should be ashamed of yourselves.
These guys towed my car for parking at their lot while at Starbucks. They were well within their rights but I guess they lost a customer today (not that 1 customer among hundreds makes any difference). $185.00 don't come easy these days and especially when their lot was practically empty and Starbucks full.
