As soon as we walked in at least three workers were sitting on their phones, didn't even greet us. We ordered 3 blizzards and a Julius and they messed up every single one. They were under trained looking at sheets to figure out what goes in each one. They remade the Julius twice and it was still wrong. They Forgot to make a blizzard and when we asked where the third blizzard was they had forgotten and also forgot to charge it in the original order, so then proceeded to charge us for their mistake, then make it wrong. I was ignored when I walked in. They were out of bananas and they locked the door a half hour before closing time.
Dear Management - you seriously need to either get more people working or train them to be more efficient. We were not even acknowledged as well as other customers when they walked in. We waited 20 minutes for our order. 3 customers left because of the long wait and 2 others orders were wrong. This is very sad for a DQ. What happened to customer service.
