Experienced a dental emergency on Saturday , was in excruciating pain, I called multiple other dentists and no one would see me until Monday, Orange Grove dental seen me within hours. I have a high level of fear with dentists, and this experience was by far the best experience I have had in my life. The office was clean, and top notch with COVID-19 precautions, the office staff was amazing from the moment I walked in. Extremely happy with my service. Nobody wants to come to the dentist/doctor. They do an amazing job at making you comfortable. Very informative and just generally pleasant.
After I was asked to pay for service my insurance covers 100%, I was then told my insurance did not pay enough to buy quality materials & provided proper services. This was our 2nd visit. My son's Xrays were unreadable tho they were used to treat him & billed to our insurance! Referred out to a pedo. Dentist all the way in Tampa bc the Dr. Has no working relationship with any local office's.
Thank you for making it a pleasant experience for my 7 year old daughter, Savannah. She WANTS to come back to ‘Princess’ Dr Perez for her cleanings... and also told me she would like to be a dentist for dolphins and other marine life. We will see you soon!
