I was seen by Orange County Urology Associates for kidney stones, and I would not recommend this practice. From the beginning, the communication and organization were poor. My treatment options for kidney stone removal were not clearly explained, which led to a very expensive procedure that did not resolve the issue after a lengthy delay in even getting it scheduled. I don't know how they stay in business because they never answer the phone or return phone calls they say you can text and I'll call you back but that never happens either. . If you do call plan on being on hold for a while. Could be 20 minutes, could be 2 hours.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This is the most impossible doctor's office I have ever had the unfortun of working with. The only way to contact anyone in the office is through text that go un answered. This is caused me. to seek medical attention through a emergency rooms or urgent care, resulting in me becoming sicker due to infection going untreated longer. I was very disappointed with my experience, not because of the doctor, but because of the office staff. I was told that the authorization for an ultrasound had been sent, but when I followed up with my insurance, I was informed that no authorization had ever been submitted. When I called the office to clarify this, the staff was disrespectful, and my call was disconnected. This lack of professionalism and poor communication made an already frustrating situation much worse.

They are impossible to reach. Worse off, my tests came in stating I had an infection, the suspected cause of my pain. They had the test results for a week and no one bother to follow up with an antibiotic. I tried texting on the phone number they tell me too. I have called and left messages. I do not get any response. After attempting to reach them for days, I think it is apparent I need to find a urologist office that actually cares about their patients health and well being.
