The worst customer service . I am surprised why this place is still open ! If I had power I would shut it down .
I had my first appointment at the mission Viejo office and they did a painful procedure on me with zero pain relief. After that I was left in pain, spread eagle, facing the door for what seemed like forever. It was probably only like 10 minutes but the whole situation was pretty terrible. I was in pain from this for 3 days after. I was sent a kit for a test and it was missing a part. I tried to call and text for literal hours and was on hold for 45 minutes before being disconnected. This is by far the worst office ive ever been to. I posted before and it was deleted not surprised. Olivia was horrible to me, zero patient empathy. I suffered a severe drug reaction at the ER came in here weekly in tears begging for help with uti symptoms 24/7 to be told it was anxiety for her to literally look at me like i was nuts.
