⸻ ⭐️ 1 STAR — IF I COULD GIVE ZERO, I WOULD Orange County Urology is an absolute disgrace to patient care. They have stood up my 70-year-old father-in-law TWICE for scheduled telehealth appointments. Twice we rearranged our work schedules, took time off, and waited—only to be completely abandoned with no explanation. They refuse to release a test result we specifically requested, and you cannot reach any human being at this clinic. Their phone system is a black hole. Not sure how this practice stays in business. On my fourth call in a week with no answer and no call back. Never wasted more time in trying to change an appointment.
Office was bright and inviting.Follwed by the Receptionists who were friendly and helpful, answering many different questions from several patients. The clinical area was neat, organized with active friendly Staff. Dr. Randall was a star. He is a friendly, clearly Professional and knowledgeable. He highly regarded and respected by his peers as well as this patient. Excellent providers.
The worst customer service . I am surprised why this place is still open ! If I had power I would shut it down .
I had my first appointment at the mission Viejo office and they did a painful procedure on me with zero pain relief. After that I was left in pain, spread eagle, facing the door for what seemed like forever. It was probably only like 10 minutes but the whole situation was pretty terrible. I was in pain from this for 3 days after. I was sent a kit for a test and it was missing a part. I tried to call and text for literal hours and was on hold for 45 minutes before being disconnected.
