First, something positive: the office staff is efficient, attentive and friendly. Patient intake was prompt, but the waiting game begins once you're led to an exam room to meet with the doctor. To be frank, I did not feel safe at all in Dr. Maggiano's care. His bedside manner is clipped and his responses to questions (if you can get a response at all) are either evasive or met with outright hostility. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
