I’ve had scheduled telehealth calls where the doctor never called me and never rescheduled or anything. I’ve left multiple messages and never received a call back. I don’t know how you help someone manage pain, when they Can’t rely on appointments, never get to follow up, and never get any answers. and good luck on getting any refills if you actually get the prescription in the first place
I am a patient of Orange County Pain and Rehab. I’ve been through several brain surgeries and spinal surgery with a rare nerve condition. Suffice to say I have many different doctors and treatments. Sometimes I need the staff’s assistance with issues at the pharmacy. I was out of state and Aaron called the pharmacy and patiently worked it out so I could get my prescription. He is a get it done type of guy and is a great reflection of the great customer service at Orange County Pain and Rehab.
