I am a patient of Orange County Pain and Rehab. I’ve been through several brain surgeries and spinal surgery with a rare nerve condition. Suffice to say I have many different doctors and treatments. Sometimes I need the staff’s assistance with issues at the pharmacy. I was out of state and Aaron called the pharmacy and patiently worked it out so I could get my prescription. He is a get it done type of guy and is a great reflection of the great customer service at Orange County Pain and Rehab.
Dr Rahimi.has been my Dr for a few years now. I love her staff especially Paulina. I have herniated discs in my lower back and neck issues. She has been giving me trigger point injections and they really worked at first but now it's a hit and miss. I went from having a doctor that had me on a large Methadone prescription to something that works and isn't anything close to being drugged up like my other doctor had me. Then dumped me. This place is a pill mill. The "doctor" Rahimi doesn't spend anytime with her patients and just shuttles from one to the next. Her bedside manner is probably the worst I've ever experienced. Good luck asking any questions let alone getting answers regarding your pain, the medications prescribed, treatments, and/or the actual "pain management" plan. There have been so many errors done by this office. They treat you like cattle. Very difficult to reach anyone via the phone. They have failed to send in the correct prescriptions... read more
The physicians and NPs are the best I have ever had. They addressed all problems and complaints that I had. They gave me medications that adequately treated my pain. Prior to seeing the NP, I saw a medical scribe that made me feel very welcomed. He made sure that I was taken care of. Afterwards, I saw Dr. Rahimi who injected my back with a trigger point and gave me good relief. Wow I feel so much better and will definitely will be coming back to see Dr. Rahimi.
