I am sharing this to help others making a choice about their care. During my time with the therapist, Dr. Roselda Acosta a.k.a Dr. Rosie, I felt unreasonably uncomfortable due to their communication style and dismissive attitude. I did not feel it was a therapeutic or safe environment for me, and I would personally not recommend her services based on my experience.

I’d suggest you skip this place. Had an appointment at 1 and at 1:30 they tried to change my child’s appointment to another person or we had to wait another 30 mins for Leili Artin to arrive. There was no communication or even asked if we felt comfortable with a different person. Even though they confirmed our appointment time the same morning. Completely unprofessional

If you are seeing Janet Smith NP psychiatrist please do yourself a favor and look for someone else. She is not only arrogant, dismissive and rude she gives wrong medications and doses. She forgets to send prescriptions to the pharmacy on Friday evening after multiple reminders, so you are left without medication on the weekend and have to go to the ER.
