First, I have no complaints about the level of care, the cleanliness of the hospital, or the staff. The reason for only 3 stars is because I think it would be much better if they would recognize that homeless animals need emergency care as well as family pets. From the many references online and by staff to 'your family pet' to the fact their software doesn't allow for a customer to be an organization, this place doesn't seem to be aware of the fact that there are thousands of homeless pets in Orange County and and there are... read more

I'm so sorry that my friends brought a baby kitty they found here. It was just the sweetest kitten that had a contagious eye infection and the clinic euthanized the kitty without notifying the gal that brought the baby in. Really was unprofessional and unethical for contacting my friends. There are so many foster moms and dads to watch animals while healing. There is no reason for this.

1st emergency vet I've been to that has been kind, compassionate AND very reasonable and fair on their charges. Thank You Dr. Price, my Buddy Scraps is feeling much better.
