1 hour 20 min wait for a drive through Covid test WITH an appointment. They significantly overbooked their testing slots and seemed very understaffed. Avoid this place it possible.
I have called several times to try and get an insurance code after spending $450 for 3 tests for my family on Dec. 29, 2021. No one ever picks up the phone and I can't get reimbursed without the insurance code. Please someone there help a customer out... FINALLY GOT SOMEONE ON THE PHONE AND GOT THEIR TAX ID... 3 star's for the hard working staffs. I woke up feeling almost all covid symptoms, then took the rapid home test twice and all came out positive, so I decided to get a better result to send it to my working place. I came over took the test, few minutes later I got a TEXT saying I'm negative, but deep in me I know this result is wack. I decided to go for another test in the clinic and yes my result came out positive, the next day I was still sick and took another home test which came out positive. Came here twice. They have the system down! Results were already in my email before I even got home.
My family and I paid $150.00 each to get PCR test for our international flight from LAX that’s departing at 11 am today Jan 6. It has been almost 48 hours since I took the test and still no results! What a scam! I just want to add that ultimately my sister and I missed out international flight which was at 11 am today due to the fact that we did NOT get our concussion results from this scammer place.
