josh and jesse where over here repiping my house and they did an amazing job. They worked extremly hard and still kept a positive attitude throughout the whole job. After they where done they cleaned up all the mess. highly recommend orange coast plumbing and ask for either Jesse or Josh.

Orange coast plumbing technician informed me that I have a leak on the line going from my ice maker to the water line and it will cost $688 to replace the line . I was offered around $25 off due of being a senior. I agreed gave him my signature to do the job . I had to call the company 3 times for the same issue after I thought the line was replaced . I was overcharged for a reroute for a slab leak. When I asked a supervisor for clarification on the pricing, he ghosted my calls and lacked integrity when I did get a hold of him that he promised to call me back the next day after he investigated the charges. He never called. The cost charged was double what 3 other independent licensed plumbing companies said was the appropriate cost including my insurance company.

Beware of Orange County Plumbing and Heating. Needed a new small sump pump for a drain. Cost $200 to tell me I needed a replacement which was why I called them in the first place.Then sent me an invoice estimate for $567 to replace it (they retail between $50-130) and also replace the electrical wiring underground for safety. I ok'ed it. Next time after 1 hour, the serviceman said he couldn't do the electrical but demanded full payment. I refused and spoke to someone in the office who agreed I'd pay half and they would send ... read more

Orange Coast Plumbing came out to our house on 10/7/19 for a leaking toilet. The toilet is located upstairs and leaking down into your family room. I told the plumber the valve shutoff had water on it. He removed the toilet to check the wax ring, it was fine but he needed to replace it. According to him, the innards were the problem, he replaced them>I paid $650. 4 days later, the toilet is leaking and not filling in the bowl. Recently, we've been having back up troubles with our toilets and shower. Nolan came out did an inspection and suspected it was the main line that needed to be cleaned out. I suspected as much when I had a back up of my kitchen sink and had that snaked (with the same company). Company recommended we have the main cleaned out.
