I manage a commercial bakery and sometimes when my airconditioner was on it would trip my electrical breaker. 2 other companies had bee out and fiddled with my circuit board, but the problem kept happening. R.J. came out and tolfd me that the problem was not with my ac unit but that the circuit breaker itself was not big enough. He installed a breaker that could handle more amp and that fixed the problem. I am very impressed with his expertise and I will be calling again
I had misc plumbing work that needed to be done. I called Orange Coast Plumbing. Dana and Kevin came out and took a look at everything. They gave me an estimate and for the faucet job they told me that I had 2 different options. That they could rebuild the faucet or that I could replace it. They explained to me the pros and cons of both options. Another company that I had called out said that replacement was my only option ( at a much higher cost). When my little boy used way too much toilet paper and flooded our toilet the mess was a nightmare. I called and they sent a plumber out to me right away and took care of the clogged toilet - Joe even took care of cleaning up the mess on the bathroom floor. When I thanked him for doing that he was very nice and told me "no problem" like it was not a big deal to him, BUT I was definitely very glad that I did not have to clean up the mess
My toilet was overflowing and I could not turn the water off to it so it was making a big mess. I called and the lady who answered got ahold of a technician who was able to help me get my water turned off. The technicians who came out the next day to fix the problem were very nice and got everything taken care of for me. The lady who answered was very patient with me and calmed me down so that she could get my phone number and the plumber called me right back. I am so glad that I called this company
Orange Coast Plumbing has been doing our plumbiong for almost 10 years now - they have done simple jobs for us - backed up toilets and sinks - and have also done a couple of big jobs for us - repairing a slab leak and even helped with re-doing the plumbing when we remodeled our bathroom. They have also done work on my airconditioner. I have always found their technicians to be very professional, knowledgable, polite and clean.
Having water dripping from your ceiling can be very alarming. When this happened to me, I called Orange Coast Plumbing, they came out located the problem and got the water leak fixed and even called someone out to take care of all of the water and drying up the ceiling. After everything was fixed and my wall and ceiling were dry, they sent out someone who was able to fix my ceiling. That guy did such a good job that you cannot even tell that I had a problem. 14 years ago, I purchased my first set of commercial buildings - When I had a problem, I really did not know who to call.
