Very nice office and helpful staff.
Nicole was top notch on our seller closing process. Everyone at the office was polite and professional. Hands down awesome experience.
We closed on our property one year ago and I questioned the amount of HOA dues and insurance to the title company and she said it is what it is. Just pay it. Now a year later we get notified that we overpaid and that the title company calculated the dues and Insurance incorrectly And now we will be getting a credit. They had our extra money for a whole year and wouldn’t listen to my concern. I would not use this title company. We were not given any interest on the money that they kept for a year.
