This company cancelled the catering for our event on the day prior to the event, without so much as a courtesy phone call. We tried to use this service to book a private dining experience. We booked the date and spoke about the menu on the phone on 10-18 and received an invoice for the cost on 10-19. The due date on the invoice was 10-21, the date of the event.
