I recently visited the medical centre and was looked after by Registered Nurse Urvi Shah, and I had an excellent experience. Urvi took the time to thoroughly check my overall well-being, including my blood sugar and blood pressure, and she made the whole process feel comfortable and reassuring. This medical practice is excellent! I am pleased to have found it. From the moment you call in for an appointment, the receptionist, Crystal, is just lovely. Arriving for a consultation, the nurse, Tanya, so friendly and professional, Dr Tee so helpful and knowledgeable. In addition this place is spotless. I definitely recommend this place.
I'm forced to change my previous five-star review, because today I went to pick up a prescription at Orana Medical Practice and later the pharmacy told me it was filled out incorrectly, meaning they couldn't dispense the medicine. When I called Orana Medical Practice from the pharmacy, to ask them to fax the corrected prescription to the pharmacy as soon as possible, one of the receptionists, Crystal, was completely rude and she told me I had to wait until tomorrow, ignoring my need to have the medicine by the evening and no... read more
