Great customer service from the moment I walked in. The staff were friendly and professional. I liked the fact that I could have my consultation and surgery on the same day. Dr. Aiken was very detailed and informative and did an excellent job with my extraction.
I have had 5 procedures at Oral Surgery Specialists of Atlanta over the past 10 years, and while surgery is never fun, Dr. Berry and his staff have always been extremely pleasant and made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Aiken has pulled several of my elderly mother's teeth and he and his staff have made a normally unpleasant experience as pleasant as possible. Dr. Aiken takes his time to talk to us before and after a procedure and has been very helpful in coordinating with her dentist. I would highly recommend Dr. Aiken and this practice.
