I know I must have been difficult to deal with- being so nervous and anxious to get my procedure over with, but Dr. Aiken and his assistant Michael handled me with such care and kindness and they were so patient with me! Fantastic experience!! The office is very organized and sets your expectations clearly for what to expect. I had a consultation with Dr. Aiken where he reviewed my xrays, let me ask questions, and reassured me I would have an easy procedure - and that's exactly what happened. I had 2 teeth extracted (for my adult braces) - the procedure was truly painless and I had NO pain post-op. None. Dr. Aiken also called to check on me the next day and was so great!! I can't recommend OSSA and Dr. Aiken enough!!
From the moment you walk in the door Kristina and Lindsey make you feel at home. The atmosphere is so comfortable. Those girls get everything done quickly and correctly. When Ava called me back to the room she made sure I was comfortable and even gave me headphones to use while the procedure was going on. I was very relaxed. Dr. Aiken did an incredible job removing my wisdom teeth. It was a simple and quick procedure. The whole team made everything a breeze! Best oral surgeon team out there!
Quick and painless wisdom tooth removal with proper follow up care. I felt comfortable here, even with ‘white coat syndrome’ . My Wisdom tooth socket is almost healed and I have not experiences any complications.
