RecommendedProfessional and friendly staff
2:00 pm appointment. Had to leave when it was 50 minutes later and I hadn't been called. I asked for the new patient paperwork be sent ahead of time, said it was and it wasn't. Now waiting till May. Not off to a very good start
The staff is completely incompetent and the dentist does not care. They delay and cancel appointments without concern for the patient, they don't file insurance paperwork to get things done in a timely fashion and cause more delay. The dentist doesn't finish the job from start to finish, and leaves things that she feels she doesn't need to do out even though she's getting paid for the full job. My first visit the endodontist was 2 hours late arriving. When she came in the room she said, sorry, traffic, heh. Yesterday they asked me to come in 2 hours early. I arrived within 15 minutes of their call. They saw me an hour and 1/2 later, only 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Also there was urine all over the bathroom seat.
