Where do I start!! The staff is amazing from the front desk to the back office!! Not to mention Dr. DingWerth’S bed side manner is outstanding!! These are amazing human beings, they are so understanding and very quick and helpful with pre surgical prep! Even if it’s last minute! In my case I had lost my script and had not realized it till the day of… and they were able to help me without hesitation! Nobody really likes having oral surgery but Dr. Dingwerth and his team sure make it as pleasant as possible. Friendly staff, accommodating and very professional.
Thank you Dr. Phillip Newton for urgent wisdom teeth extraction. I had wisdom teeth extraction during April I think. I waited few months before reviewing . It is almost 9 months. I was in immense pain and could not sleep multiple days . Other places were giving me 2 weeks, 4 weeks away appointment and disregarding my urgency . OSANT understood my urgency and set up the extraction appointment just the next day of initial appointment. I was so happy that i was almost in tears hearing next day appointment. The staff was so happy and pleasant! You can tell they enjoy what they do and where they work. Dr. Walstad was so calm, relax and casual..making me feel the same way in an intense scary visit. They all took the time to explain everything. Just an awesome experience!
