The Doctor. paid close attention to me and answered my questions. Their staff is friendly enough. I was very satisfied with my visit.
I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time. Drs. Dinello & Knipe are great but the office staff is condescending at best and leave alot to be desired! I would give 5 starts to the Drs but 1 to the front desk; so overall, I'm going with 2 stars. I would not go here again for any treatment whatsoever.
