I made several trips to OSA for implant surgery. The staff was friendly and courteous. Everything went perfectly. Dr. Heit is second-to-none as an Oral Surgeon and professional. He was also very personable and he had my complete confidence. I'd return to him again in a heartbeat. Thanks, Dr. Heit!
I went in for a consultation, apprehensive about what I should do after a bad fall loosened some teeth. Dr Marshall was very kind and thorough. We discussed my case and he made a recomendation, which I am following. Very happy with the office, Very professional and they helped me be comfortable wtih my situation.
They were AWESOME! ALL the staff was kind and helpful. They made sure I was comfortable through the entire procedure. They even called twice after I was home to make sure I was doing ok and answer a question I had. A++care. I will highly recommend you to all family and friends.
I think these guys are great!!!!! I've had to make several visits there through the years, unfortunately, for extractions. Some go better than others, but they are always kind, compassionate and, most of all, patient. Sadly, I'm not always the best patient. They have always been very accommodating, especially when it's an emergency. The overall experience went fine. The staff needs to slow down with the speed reading of policy and procedures. I actually prefer to read and understand what I am signing. I felt rushed and that made me uncomfortable.
My consultation today went well. Surgeon went over my options with me very thoroughly. Answered my questions. Now I know what I want to do and will be setting up an appointment for surgery when they get my implant ordered and received.
