The staff and Dr were excellent. I highly recommend them
There's one older lady at the Riverhead location who answers the phone/at the front desk and she is so nasty. Every time I speak with her on the phone or in person (since November) she has an attitude and is not polite in any way.
The office isn’t anything to look at, but the staff and dentist was amazing. My uncle went to and loved them.
The office kept sending bills to my house for services that were already paid for and they said was already covered by my insurance company. When we called infuriated after paying for THE SAME service many times they front desk treated my family like children and acting inappropriately for a so called professional. I do not recommend whatsoever.
