Made an appointment for my special needs son at 8:30 am. They made us wait almost an hour. At 9:20 we left with my son in a tantrum. They apologized and offered to get him in the next day first thing. The doctor told us he could get blood work ordered for us that my son needed. After we were set for surgery at children’s west we got a call from the surgery center saying they don’t do blood work at that location. Excellence beyond description in every aspect of care! I was hospitalized in less than 1 and 1/2weeks after implants had been placed resulting in a very serious life threatening oral and systemic infection. This was the result from 4 implants placed at a St Paul (unnamed) dental location! Oral Maxilo Facial surgeon, Dr Brad Sundick, came to the Mpls hospital on an emergency basis and performed oral surgery which likely saved my life. My son had his wisdom teeth removed. The staff at the Savage location was absolutely wonderful. Dr. Spanel was very detailed about the procedure and the nurse thoroughly post op care.
Great location. Staff was very knowledgeable, efficient, and caring. Dr. Neuner did a great job! This was our second time here. As a professional in the medical field, I highly recommend.
