Just had a bad root canal tooth cut out. The staff was great, even laughed at my jokes. They're all friendly, efficient, explained everything very well and made me feel extremely confident in having the procedure. Dr. Stern is great and so was his father. Given the number of bad experiences I've had with contractors and a few other physicians through the years, I thought it was important to recognize a great practice and team.
Staff very caring, made the entire procedure comfortable.
I would absolutely recommend Dr. Stern to others without hesitation!
Two weeks ago, I visited Dr. Stern on a Thursday. He told me I had an abscess, and the tooth needed to come out. Though his schedule was filled the next day, he and his staff stayed over on a Friday to take care of me. I wasn't surprised. This was the third procedure Dr. Stern has done for me. Each was done in a timely and most professional manner. His Staff is equally kind. Though I had not been there in over two years, everyone stopped in and welcomed me back. These are good people.
Everyone at this office was kind and caring. My son had his wisdom teeth removed & Dr Stern did an excellent job.
I was nervous about having my wisdom teeth out and put it of for over 20 years. They eased my worries and were extremely nice! I highly recommend them.
Dr. Stern and his team has been very professional. I have been to 6 appointments and only once did I wait more than 5 minutes from my scheduled time. I have had 2 surgeries performed and I am quite pleased with the results.
The staff was friendly and caring.
YOU might consider giving post op instructions to pt pre operatively allowing the pt to be better prepared with regard to post op diet. I had an extraction .
