I had to have a wisdom tooth removed as it had infection. The procedure was thoroughly explained to me. He took his time with each patient even tho he was running behind. The staff explained about the delay. The staff was very kind as well as the doctor. The tooth was extracted with no problems . They even gave me a stress tooth to squeeze during the procedure! I really appreciated everyone!!!!! Cleanest bathroom I have ever seen!!!!!

I had an emergency situation in needing a tooth removed. Dr Stern and his staff worked to get me squeezed into the schedule and took care of the tooth in no time. Bedside manner of the entire team was second to none.

Organized, efficient and able to communicate the procedure and after care instructions and what to expect very well. Both myself and daughter have been patients of Mr. Stern. Office staff and scheduling was very easy with the appropriate reminders. We also had to reschedule a couple of times due to our schedules and this was easily accommodated.

I required a tooth extraction and preparation for an implant. Although I hope to never have the requirement to visit Dr. Stern again, he is a fantastic oral surgeon. His staff are excellent, friendly and helpful - and Dr Stern provided excellent care and communication throughout my experience. This included personal calls from him during the evenings following each of my two procedures to ensure that I was recovering well. He and his team have certainly earned this 5-star rating!

He addressed all concerns prior to doing an implant. Was very open about explaining possibilities for things that might go wrong. His follow up after surgery was that evening. Staff was equally good. His fees were fair when compared to others and he accepted accountability for activities when challenged. He knows what he is doing.

I would highly recommend this office! Clean and friendly environment, easy scheduling! My daughter Margarita B. had her wisdom teeth out, she recovered very quickly. I am also a patient of Dr. Stern!

I was very nervous and Dr. Stern and the entire staff was very nice and knowledgeable and completely put me at ease. Post procedure they were very attentive and caring. I would recommend Dr. Stern and his entire staff!

Dr. Stern performed a procedure on my son to help bring a molar to the surface. My son is autistic and things can get overwhelming, but lots of explanation is helpful. The practice did a great job of helping to reduce his anxiety and stress. They did a wonderful job of communication with me about the procedure too.
