Appointment started about 20 minutes late but my 8 year old daughter had a really good experience. Wasn't scared at all, didn't flinch when getting numbed up. And it only took maybe 5 minutes to pull the tooth. Friendly staff, we had Dr O'Neill at the northern office. Definitely recommend.
Dr. Schimmele and the staff provided excellent care and exemplified professionalism and compassion. They did a fantastic job of communicating what to expect of the procedure, post op care and financial arrangements. I was very pleased with the service I received and highly recommend OMSA!
