One of my phobias are dentists and oral surgeons. But from day of the consult to the surgery day the staff here made me feel comfortable and calm. They explain every step and help any way they can. Dr. Lucas Reed was amazing. He is personable with great bedside manner and takes the time to explain the whole procedure. Thank OMSA for taking me in a gentle manner, it helped calm my fears.
Was very nervous to have a tooth pullled. Dr Schimmele was the lucky one to do it. He was amazing. He assured me through each step and actually made the process not as scary as I thought it would be. His staff was amazing as well. My visit went so smoothly I would definitely recommend. Thank you Dr. Steve Schimmele and staff!!
Dr. Reed and staff were amazing with my son (8 years old) having to get two teeth extracted. Ashley the nurse that got everything ready was amazing and helped not only calm my son but also me! I would definitely recommend them.
Dr Reed and his staff provided excellent patient care. Had a tooth extraction on my first visit and implant procedure on following visit. Both experiences were as painless as possible, both mentally and physically. Highly recommend.
