Had my wisdom teeth Removed the 17th and everyone was so nice, gentle and caring. Ashley, Bev, Alyssa, Alexa, Kimberly, and Dr. Stronczek were all amazing. Recovery was very comfortable. Unfortunately, I developed dry socket BUT it’s been so easy to come in and get my dressings changed between the DuPont location and the Illinois location. Everyone who has changed my dressings has been great from Dr. Reed to the dental assistants. I’m going to miss every one when my dry socket is gone. I can’t say enough good things.
My 15 year old daughter has braces and her upper tooth 6 was not coming in. It was stuck under her bone and without surgery it just wouldn't come down on it's own. Her orthodontist sent us to OMSA. While there we decided to have her wisdom teeth removed as they were impacted and coming in sideways. Dr. Reed and his staff were all very courteous and professional. Dr. Schimmele did an awesome job with my jaw surgery. Additionally, the staff were all friendly and professional with one exception; The associate who handles insurance was most unprofessional in every way and needs a lesson or two in customer service!! Hence, I am giving four stars instead of five because of the unprofessionalism received. Word of warning: because they do not accept most insurance types, be sure they explain everything upfront CLEARLY prior to treatment!
Dr. Schimmele and the staff at OMSA are wonderful. When my dentist noticed spots on my tongue he said he was sending me to the best oral surgeon he knew and he sent me to Dr. Schimmele. I owe him and his staff for the great care I received and continue to receive with different issues now. I trust them completely and will never go anywhere else.
Dr. Reed removed a molar this morning and I was so impressed with him, his assistants and office personnel. Everything was made easy. I was listening to my music via earbuds and Dr. Reed had tooth out before song ended. It's now 7 hours later with no swelling and very little pain. I'm good to go!
