The staff was very professional and caring. my facial and dental procedure was performed in a timely manner. Recovery is going well.
Very nice and professional staff. I am so happy that I was able to use these people on a referral from my primary dentist. Dr.Bower explained in detail the work involved, which relieved my anxiety.
Dr. Bower did am excellent job with my oral surgery. He even called to check on me after office hours.
My daughter had 4 wisdom removed by Dr Bower. He is very friendly and so is all the staff. He did an outstanding job, and then called my daughter in the evening to check on her. I am very thankful and impressed, and would highly recommend this practice.
I've been waiting a week for a return call about if they going to honor my medical insurance, According to my insurance company the Tallahassee office signed a contract with them January 2016, but they seem to know nothing about this contract. My insurance company has tried to call them too, they don't return their phone calls either. I've tried on Tuesday and Wednesday to call the office at 4:40 in the afternoon it goes directly to the answering machine although the recording says they are open until 5:00. 11/11 update. I just had 4 wisdom teeth removed yesterday and I have to say I was so nervous. I had to be put under and that really scared me. Dr. Bower helped me through it and it was over in no time. Him and his team are amazing. Dr. Bower called me from home lastnight and checked on me. All around they have really left me feeling cared about as a single person and not just a paycheck. I highly recommend them.
