It's not often that a business goes above and beyond for you but this is one of them. After buying my new glasses I realized I had paid more than if I had bought them online but I was happy with them as I didn't have to look for glasses anymore. We had a wonderful experience at Oracle Eyewear in Oakville. The team was incredibly patient, kind, and thorough while working with our two young children, which made the entire visit stress‑free and positive. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made our kids feel comfortable throughout the process. We truly appreciated the care and professionalism shown. Highly recommend!
Called this place multiple times to obtain my prescription after my partner booked two appointments, one for himself and one for me. I found frames elsewhere that I liked, so I requested a copy of my prescription, but they refused to email it or allow me to pick it up. This is a terrible practice, especially after we paid a significant amount for the exams. It’s not a cheap place either, so I’m left wondering what the point was. It felt like they were holding my prescription hostage to force a purchase in-house.
I ordered glasses online that needed fitting and so I called Sim and he graciously told me to come in and he would fit them for free. I started talking with him and found out that he is the most knowledgable person in Oakville when it comes to eyewear, frames, tinting, photo fusion, brand history, etc. Spend your money here!!!
Both Maria and Sim deliver the highest level of customer caring and service. They came to my rescue when my prescription sunglasses broke 3 days prior to my vacation. I am very grateful and highly reco.mend Bravo Oracle Eyewear.
