I had an excellent experience with everyone at Ora Dental. The staff are friendly, efficient, and very helpful. Dr Koos explained everything that would happen during my wisdom tooth extraction as well as what to expect afterward. I am a little over a week out from surgery and have no pain or swelling. I barely even used the pain meds I was given! I can’t recommend them enough!
I dont normally write review. Let alone a dental office review but this place is fancy and modern. In addition to being a well designed space, I personally experience an exceptional customer service overall. From the receptionist, dental hygienist and the doctor himself, everyone was kind and professional. I had 3 wisdom tooth extracted and the procedure went smoothly. One of the few relaxing, thorough, and welcoming experiences I've had in a medical space. I had a terribly impacted wisdom tooth and molar removed, and everything was pleasant!
Was talked through the whole procedure during the consultation. Dr. Koos and his assistants were very calm and affirming and good at explaining everything right before the procedure (all 4 wisdom teeth removed, bottom impacted). I went back a week later complaining of a little pain and they gave me all the necessary information and treated it right away. The whole process was quick and easy and I felt at ease throughout.
