this place has the worst mangement services
Again the HHA did not show up on Sunday July 25, 2021 and didn't call, these people do not care at all about the elderly, don't let them fool you. stay away from opuscare. they will lie to you all, the time. the HHA told me she doesn't ' answer calls and that she keeps her cell phone off all day, not true she uses her phone all the time. there is no management control of their personnel. stay away from opus care as far as you can.
Opus care HHA only come to your house when they want at their own schedule. when asked to come on time they tell you that they have to service the ALF first, so that's their excuse. The medical service is OK the nurses are nice and they go the extra mile to help but when it comes to Home Care their staff is really bad and they just don't care. Do not recommend Opus Care try someone else first and ask them if they can commit to assist you with your elder when they need it and not when they want.
OpusCare CNA show up when they want and if you complaint, they will tell you that they are busy with other patients. It appears that is a valid reason for them. When one looks to the company home page and click on the board of directors "Our Leadership" you will find names and photographs of all these individuals but no contact information whatsoever, it appears to me that they hide behind a 1800 number. they have their calls screened and probably the complaints are filtered to avoid internal reprimands. the only way to make... read more
