I took care of my home seriously. But this is what a three-year old OPUS built townhouse looks like. In addition, I am in trouble to fix the leaky patio door and a bedroom window where the air leak seal was completely gone because these items are officially out of warranty now. If you are the buyer looking for your dream home. Be careful!
