Great guys to work with
I purchased new home that is in the process of being built and wanted to provide feedback for the Decor studio team Mary P. and Jenny L.; Both have been a pleasure to deal with! They have contracts with shady Water Heater rental companies that apply liens (collateral over your house) . DO NOT sign them, they are overpriced and you can tell OPUS you'll get your own. I paid about $5000 over 10 years for a $1500 heater. Aside from this issue, it's the same poor build quality expected from all Ontario builders.
Had a great experience with Opus home , amazing team! Everyone has been super friendly, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish.
