Every single time they screw up an order. A credit card is declined and they don't tell you they just let the order sit. Signed up for text message notifications? Nope. Email? nope. It just sits until you happen to log on again wondering where your order is. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. Some of us are forced to use them and they're unbelievably terrible. Do not trust this company.
Very poor service. Ordered meds 10/1/17 and still waiting on 1/11/17. I called 10/9/17 and "got it all straight" . Today got email that my order was delayed. they would not tell me why now said I should get them by 1/17/17. What a joke, 3 simple generics. Won't order from them again.
First time call to OptumRx = 25 minutes later. Cannot create an account until our plan is active. Ridiculous! They want us to go to mail order and I was trying to be proactive. Not impressed!

Optumrx Is a great place to do business at A family member used Optumrx and she never had any problems receiving her medications..
refuse to fix website so that Safari browser will work again. Safari worked months ago but then Optum "upgraded" their website and now Safari won't work and they refuse to fix the problem. I won't put an inferior Google Chrome on my iMac just because they won't fix their problem. There's a Walgreens 2 miles away and their prices are the same. Why by from Optum when they won't let you???
Six weeks to fill two prescriptions is kind of stupid for a pharmacy. A normal pharmacy takes 24 hours at the most.
The service stinks. Why my husband's union changed, I've no idea but we have had nothing but problems getting his diabetes meds refilled! The site states he is eligible for auto refills then a few days later sends us msgs that he is not eligible. We tried the auto refills three times, now say no when told of the eligibility for the service. Optumrx sucks wind!
