Dr took me off a Med 3 weeks after I ordered my 3 month supply. I tried to return this 3 month supply in the 3rd month and they refused to take it back. The cost of the meds were $370.00.
Actually I have been happy with Optum RX for years. But I am not going to use them for prescriptions anymore until this whole thing with the Postal Service is returned to normal. I can just as easily get my scrips delivered from our local Rite-Aid. Sorry Optum RX but perhaps your company can put some pressure on USPS brass to stop shutting down services.
Like other Optum RX hostages, I've had prescriptions delayed, while no one form the company contacted me to tell me there was a problem. Their customer service SUCKS! DO BETTER, OPTUM! LIVES LITERALLY DEPEND ON IT.
Terrible service. Briova was amazing and now we are stuck with Optum. Webpage never works. Orders are always late. Pretty sure nobody does their job there.
You have one of the worst web sites ever created. It is almost impossible to login. Transfer of a pharmacy prescription to 90 day Optum doesn’t work. One of my prescriptions is cheaper buying it monthly at Walgreens than 90 days with Optum. This is the time of year people can switch plans-after rejecting my password I reset once again then I received a half filled page.
Worst company ever!!! The representatives have no idea what they are talking about. Every time I call to get a problem taken care of I get a different answer. they promise the medication will be sent on a certain date, only to find out they haven't even contacted the doctor for the transfer. I hate that they are our only option with our insurance plan!
Absolutely the worst "customer service"!!! I have never encountered such rude, unintelligent, and disparaging and degrading reps - John W and Lara A in Costa Mesa. Despite my repeated requests to be transferred to a supervisor, I never was. I'll be contacting my employer and union about their selection of this provider so they are informed. I really hope our conversation was recorded! And how nice of John W to hang-up on me without allowing me to answer the survey at the end of the call! Awful!
Can only hope either mudslides or wildfires destroy your company. Denied for medication that helps with cancer symptoms. I hope an asteroid falls on your building. Eat a bag of dicks!
