I made an appointment back in July for September 2 days before my appointment they call to let me know he will be out of the office, they asked me if they could reschedule I said sure , I rescheduled for a month later which was the soonest he had an available opening , once again they call me to let me know he will be out of the office, I have high blood pressure, diabetes and several bad discs in my neck and back. This guy is un caring and useless as a PA, do not rely on this guy if you have major problems

The doctors are very nice and knowledgeable once you get in to see them, however it is difficult to get in touch with them outside the office. They take long to call you back, the receptionist says they will call you back that day but that doesn’t always happen. When you have a sick child with stomach pains, vomiting and diarrhea you would prefer a call back right away. We also had to get stool samples done at a lab and called several times to get results without a call back before a holiday weekend. We are switching ped... read more

I went here for the first time for a simple procedure. I would normally go to CityMD but I heard they were busy lately. When I arrived I was asked to have a seat. The woman at the front desk was checking in a family in front of me, all the while shouting their PPI across the room. Oh and she was being trained on a new computer system so this process took a good half hour. Horrible service. Long wait times for processing fertility medication. Different people each time you call,. Wish I didn’t have to deal with this pharmacy.

Horrible place ,I would not recommend this location. Their are individuals who need a job and are individuals who are actually kind. Three of the front desk representatives were extremely rude and violent. One decided to throw a few papers at a patient, and they had me standing up while having a foot that was in pain.One of the front desk representatives stated to me once I told her I needed a seat due to my foot that “this is not a hospital “ . I HAD SCHEDULED A CAT SCAN FOR ABDOMEN AND CHEST 1 MINUTE PRIOR TO MY APPOINTMENT THEY ASKED ME IF I ATE THE PAST 4 HOURS I SAID YES THE Y TOLD ME I HAD TO RESCHEDULE, I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO NOT EAT. THE WORSE PLACE TO GO THY DONT CARE ABOUT PATIENT OR WASTING YOUR TIME. SAVE YOUR PEACE OF MIND GO SOMEPLACE ELSE THEY JERK YOU AROUND ON THE PHONE I NORMALLY DON'T WRITE REVIEWS I WAS SO FRUSTRATED WITH THE WAY I WAS TREATED THEY OWNED BY PRO HEALTH

Terrible. Do yourself a favor and avoid if you can. My insurance switched to them this year and it has been so painful. I miss Freedom Pharmacy
