I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to Optum Urgent Care in Brewster, NY. I pre registered the day before my appointment on on August 1, 2025. There was no wait time and I saw the P.A. immediately. My problem was resolved in less than 30 minutes
I have been to this urgent care twice now. the 1st time was 4 weeks ago and was miss diagnosed. After waiting for over 45 minutes to just get into the examining room. Then 2 weeks ago because I was getting worse. They did get me in much faster and the staff was very nice, as well as the doctor. They did a much better exam and X-rays. Found I had Pneumonia. They set me up with a medication and inhaler plan that seemed to be working. But I am now getting worse again. Just now calling to ask a few questions and the receptionist... read more
Lady that works at the front desk is mad you even show up. She's rude and makes you feel unwelcome.she also doesn't tell you if your insurance isn't excepted even after taking your insurance card.
Lady at the front desk is very rude. I said hello and she just starred at me and gave me a dirty look. If you don’t like your job then don’t work there. I know I’m going to get a generic response like everyone else who put a review but this just shows they don’t care.
Doctor was highly unprofessional refused to take my concerns with my child seriously I went in and was made to wait over 2 hours while the nurses where picking and choosing what patients seemed easier to do when asked why my child was still waiting I was told she wasn’t a priority (as a parent this was a poor choice of words ) when we finally made it into the room they used a swob (no longer the issue) and dismissed her abdominal pain and I was told it COULD just be viral no other checks were attempted when I finally had eno... read more
