Very fast and understandable
I've been to this urgent care twice now and both times were very pleasant. The staff is so friendly, especially with children, and they're all very kind and caring. They're efficient and got us what we needed.
These urgent care offices seem to think Covid, the Flu, and Strep are the only 3 illnesses that exist. If you don’t test positive on one of their rapid tests (famous for false negatives), then you’re not sick enough for them to care. To any illness not listed above, the cure is to “ drink fluids “. These places really gotta start staffing people that care. Maybe it’s not the staff as much as it’s Optum’s policy’s. A lot of doctors are running from Optum at the moment.
