My doctors office has the nicest physician and staff and I love all of them. Just naturally nice people.
My sister is a patient of optum Tustin. She recently got her bloodwork done and she got a phone call from the physician to inform her that her bloodwork was good. The phone call lasted like 5 mins. She got a bill for $130 for that phone call. It wasn’t a visit nor was it a scheduled telemedicine appointment. She tried to dispute it and they said it is still a “visit”. So I guess you should NOT answer your doctor’s phone call or else you will received a bill of $130.
My office visit experience was excellent, from the front desk assistant getting me checked in efficiently, to Eli providing a smooth and friendly intake helping to ease my nerves, to Dr. Babaran providing respectful, comprehensive, and proactive professional medical care. I randomly picked this office from a list of providers provided by my new insurance plan, and got super lucky with this choice. I have a little bit of a fear of doctors visits, but their care, kindness, and professionalism exceeded all hopes. Thank you!
