Come in here for walk ins when I feel unwell. Nice and helpful staff. Only thing is that it takes a while to get everything done. I think it was about 2 hours for me to just be swab tested. But it's the best walk in clinic in Everett for sure.
I went in for an MRI. This was my second time trying to get this done because the first time I was nervous about the space and the contrast. Yolanda did not help ease my anxiety and I had to come back today. This time I was greated by her again in the waiting room. Immediately she was snippy and was rushing me. My partner stood up to come with me and she said no. My partner then explained I was nervous and that she would be coming with. Predatory healthcare, beware. I was referred for a colonoscopy and went to have it done, as my insurance covered it. After the procedure, I was "diagnosed" with a common internal condition and they hit me with a bill for $2700. Beware of what they try and sell you here, you may end up with a huge bill that you didn't ask for. I'm not going to take this sitting down.
I had a very good experience with Dr. Amador and his MA, Devin. Devin made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, and Dr. Amador took the time to listen, carefully examined me, explained everything clearly, and prescribed medication to help with my condition. I felt truly cared for throughout my visit. Thank you, Dr. Amador, MA Devin, and the entire Optum team for your kindness and excellent care.
