If there is any way around it, do not become an Optum patient. The staff either does not know how to do their job, or chooses selectively to not to work competently and with compassion. I gave 1 star because I can not post this with zero stars selected.

Great organization, great service and great people. My doctor wasn't available. I was feeling horrible and I was frustrated. The person on the phone asked if I would like a telephone appointment. I decided to say yes. I received a prompt call from a doctor who introduced himself professionally. He was very empathetic to my health and needs. He was my life saver during my time of desperate need. My lifesaver for my day and my health.
I met Dr. John Lim very first time on January 2. He is a great doctor showing with his compassion, care, and professionalism. He immediately referred me for another dermatologist when the first one takes 2 months to book an appointment. I really appreciate it what he has done for me and his other patients. Strongly recommend.
