My primary care physician maintains a high level of professionalism and possesses a deep understanding of my specific medical requirements
If there is any way around it, do not become an Optum patient. The staff either does not know how to do their job, or chooses selectively to not to work competently and with compassion. I gave 1 star because I can not post this with zero stars selected.
