I have never had a problem getting a referral. That is very important to me because it shows Optum is interested in my health care above money.
I love my doctor! She is completely awesome! It's about the only thing I like about optum. The staff is unhappy and rude. They can't seem to keep their personal life out of the office. I really don't care what you did with that guy at the party. The lack of professionalism on the phone and off is loud and clear. These children need to be taught office AND phone etiquette.
