Wen there after being assaulted with a broken jaw injured back and shoulder. After waiting in the waiting room for more than 2 hours to be seen I was then told after having my vitals checked I would need to wait another 3 and 1/2 hours to see a doctor. I don't know how this place got four stars let alone one. But seems like a place where all they want to do is put you in a room and bill your insurance without ever helping you. Go the emergency room
If you want to die, do come here. Even though it's URGENT care , you will be waiting at least 3hrs in waiting room before being seen. Hopefully your urgent need it's not that urgent. Be ready to spend at least 5 hrs here, with plenty of incompetent nurses that just walk around in circles. it looks clean all equipment they need but staff extremely slow. It's frustrating , sad.
Waited 2 1/2 hrs to get room in the urgent care. Have been waiting 50 minutes in a room to be seen. I asked the nurse for an update and she stated that it will be about 2 hrs in here. For a grand total of 5 1/2 hrs of waiting to be seen. Just to be seen!!! Not counting the amount of time of care. What the hell!!! This used to be a great place to come for care.
