I was told that it would be ready at 3pm but they loaded it at 2 pm, polite treatment I recommend
I have been using Optum Infusion Pharmacy for 2 years now, at the request of my Dr. My meds are to be delivered once per month on a Monday for use for one week. I am called once a month to verify that I want them. The telephone communications issues with Optum are 3-fold. One advocate is outstanding to try to get everything in order. We have used Optum several times for solumedrol infusions. This time they were called for an antibiotic infusion. They refused to come to our home, though that was what was requested by the physician, and also never called back to let us know they were not coming at all. We will never use them again and will request our dr use another infusion pharmacy.
