Really enjoy going to Optum - Harbor location, the staff is great and Dr. Philip Cheu is the best!!!👍
This place is very unorganized. Due to my wife being pregnant we have to make dr appts. Well this is our 6th one and let me tell you do not make an appointment, just show up. Im serious, what is the point of making an appointment if this office cant follow the appointment. Instead you get put in a room for more than 45 mins to a hour in silence until they're ready to see you. This office IS NOT BUSY. Literally parking lot is 90% staff. They need to get a grip
