Sadly, it would seem that the effects of Optum have finally hit the Everett clinic in full force. It has absolutely been happening for a while now, but I have hit my breaking point. I was a patient of the Polyclinic, and have been with these providers for 20 years or so. It has gone from a group that I have highly recommended and provided amazing care, to one that I simply can not trust to help me anymore and not because I believe that the individuals involved dont want to, but because the system they work for wont let them ... read more
The staff are doing there best in a system built to make the patient not want to ever ask for help again. The Optum system is broken, inconsistent, reactive and dangerous. Information is either not being accessed or not forwarded. It seems like the staff is always catching up, and a little angry. Not a welcoming or safe place.
Sketchy billing and unhelpful providers. Charged $150 no show fee, once for an appointment they rescheduled on my behalf but didn't inform me of and another time I was in the lobby waiting for my appointment. These fees were not disclosed before the appointment and are an outrageous amount. I've had providers here no show and cancel on me several times. Of the providers I've seen here one prescribed a dangerous drug interaction, and a homophobic therapist spent the appointment trying to convince me I have a wife and I'm not ... read more
