I had suffered a significant eye injury that required a hospital visit. They were the only optometrist that would take me in short notice late on a Friday. The staff was super helpful and understanding, also dealt with my insurance company and had it covered, keeping me from forking the bill and chasing it myself. The optometrist made the time (with a fully booked day) to fit me in and help with my issue.
