I had suffered a significant eye injury that required a hospital visit. They were the only optometrist that would take me in short notice late on a Friday. The staff was super helpful and understanding, also dealt with my insurance company and had it covered, keeping me from forking the bill and chasing it myself. The optometrist made the time (with a fully booked day) to fit me in and help with my issue. Fantastic doctors and cutting edge diagnostic machines
We love this place!! They have been so helpful and accommodating with my son’s glasses and we couldn’t ask for better service. My son has been seeing Dr. Eckensviller since he was 19 months old (now almost 11) and the care and customer service we have received has been stellar!! Thank you all so much for taking such good care of him during his little years and now during his very active years. We so appreciate each one of you and the care you give.
