I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s weird from the start. They keep the entrance door locked even during regular business hours. You have to wait there for them to come open it and wait for them to let you out. Then after you pay them for your glasses it’s a longer than normal wait and then when you have an accident with your glasses they make up any excuse to rebuttal you when both parties know it’s covered under warranty. Up until now, most of my optometrists only cared about my ability to focus. But they never could address the reason for my eye strain and discomfort with computers. Dr. Miyamura, who stated struggles with eye strain herself, told me she recognizes the importance. She actually cared enough to explain what my issues were and gave me easy to understand examples. Just recently had an appointment for the 2nd year in a row and the customer service was just as great as the first time around. Dr. Miyamura is very knowledgeable and you can tell she genuinely cares for her patients by the level of service she provides. I really appreciate it!
