Edited for 2025 visit: I'm taking off a star because I ordered contacts after a checkup visit, and I called a few weeks later to check the status. Turns out they had not been ordered at all(?!). I politely asked what happened, and they said there was no indication in the notes. Dr. Shapiro was very nice and thorough. The support staff is amazing. They were very patient with me while I annoyed them by trying on a hundred different glasses and asked their opinion for each one. But in the end they helped me choose the perfect pair for my budget. Also, very easy to get an appointment.
